The access to the cvs server in advanced mode can
set special parameters like Quiteness, Compression
level, Check Out Files as Read Only and so on. At
this page is a Button "Set as Default". This
button only save changed values during the actual
session. After restarting Netbeans the selected
values are lost.

This is actually a duplicate of issue #44124. The P1 priority does not
seem to be appropriate, it's intended to be fixed in the next version.
