dev build 200411181900

On restart, the cache seems to get corrupted (see
messages.log attachment) which triggers a full
rescan of the classpath.

The exception were thrown from 20041107 build (not 20041118). This bug
was fixed and the fix is part of both the most recent NB 4.0 release
builds and 4.1 dev builds.
