Description Antonin Nebuzelsky 2004-11-12 13:56:43 UTC
Shutdown of the IDE can take very long time due to
persisting of MDR/javacore data. There is a
progress indication for javacore module's shutdown
since 4.0.

The progress indication should cover the whole
shutdown procedure.
Comment 1 Antonin Nebuzelsky 2004-11-23 13:59:39 UTC
The shutdown progress indication should use the new global progress
indicator. Marking this issue as depending on issue 50356.
Comment 2 Jan Chalupa 2005-03-13 13:34:21 UTC
Depends on issue #50356. Not for 4.1.
Comment 3 Antonin Nebuzelsky 2005-05-13 16:23:35 UTC
Would be nice to have in 4.2 using the new Progress API.
Ideally this should be implemented as a modal dialog with progress component
over IDE main window which would stay open until shutdown finishes. Not sure if
this is doable as the modules stop one after another.
Comment 4 Antonin Nebuzelsky 2007-07-23 14:01:22 UTC
Irrelevant after MDR is removed from 6.0.
