Description:

It would be handy to have some tips area in the
classpath scanning dialog since user is waiting
until this action completes and has nothing else
to do. One of the tips could be to adjust value of
Xmx switch in netbeans.conf file.

Great way to improve perceived performance of the scanning/rescanning
I think. Let's try implementing this to 4.1.

This was rejected as not worth the effort. Creating enough meaningful tips was
the main blocker.

The direction we are heading now is to move classpath scanning to background.
