I need to trace screwed up registration at default
filesystem. It was easy in 3.6 by browsing default
FS in standard UI (and customizing registered
beans to catch additional errors).

In 4.0 there is no equivalent alternative. It's
silent.

Use the Bean Browser (Runtime tab) w/ apisupport module enabled.
