When you start JSP debugger by "Run To Cursor", a
regular breakpoint is created and debugging is
suspended each time when the line where Run To
Cursor was invoked is passed. It happens when e.g.
Run To Cursor was invoked inside loop or when JSP
is reloaded in browser.
