Currently the AWT tab is the first thing users see on the Component Palette, whereas AWT components are obsolete and most people would want to see Swing components. Suggest moving this tab after the
 two Swing tabs.

Palette category order changed to: Swing, Swing(Other), AWT, ...
Since open source dev. build 63.
