Add a graphical merging tool as usefull as the one
implemented in eclipse.

We will redesign the diff UI, so this can be considered as well. Marking for 4.2
as that it's not forgotten, but we may not have enough time to actually
implement it into 4.2...

There currently is a GUI merge tool, but it needs improvements. So changing the
summary.

Will it really be implemented in final release of NB5.0 ?

We have a new UI spec targetted for 6.0.
