Description rmatous 2004-10-08 14:28:55 UTC
From my point of view there would be nice to be
able to define number of opened windows in editor.
If this number is exceeded then the others will be
closed. The default number could be relatively
high (say 100) to satisfy all those users that
don't like sixth sense code .

IDEA also has such feature as far as I know .

Valid IMHO, we should do this.
Comment 2 Martin Krauskopf 2005-12-16 15:40:59 UTC
Probably this is going to be solved by contrib/autoclose (jlahoda) which could
be integrated into trunk in the future. Radku you could help with testing it and
filing bugs for the module when you are an experienced user in this area ;)
Comment 3 David Simonek 2008-10-20 14:38:06 UTC
I guess now the demand for such feature is not that high as in the past, because for example debugger automatically
reuses one document/tab during debugging. Still it's valid I think.
