Using Build 040928

Create a session bean in an EJB Module
Add a biz method via EJB->Add Biz Method
Right click on that method, and notice EJB->Add to
Interface is still enabled, and will pop up an
error dialog since the method is already a biz method

This is also true if you type in a method, do
EJB->Add to Interface, and then right click on the
method again and see EJB->Add to Interface.
