1. Open update center wizard (menu Tools->Update
Center)
2. Set proxy and press "Next" button
3. Select a module and try to press "More" button
Nothing happens -> "More" button in the panel
should be disabled (maybe it is related to the
content of URL tag in manifest).

Problem was that More button does actually nothing in all cases.
(Disabling/Enabling is handled well)

I'm not able to do so - don't have checkin permission yet (I'm new in
Sun). So either commit it yourself or wait until I get the perm. :)
