I suggest change mouse pointer when user select some component from pallet and place mouse pointer into Form window.

Now[nb_dev](20010831) in Form designer, selected components are
selected in Component Palette, or if you have small palette label(of
beans name) and beans icon is shown beside Connection button.

Do you mean, that this indication is insufficient ?

We plan to implement a "component preview" instead of this.
