Build 09132004
Steps :
1) Create Web application
2) Add new webservice to it
3) doulble-click on sun-web.xml
4) select the servlet node representing the
web-service in the left hand side tree of the
editor. At this point save button is enabled,
which should not be the case. save button should 
be enabled only if user changes/touches some or
any values.
