480902 deals with on some platform that if name
of project has multibyte, it wont run - some
exceptions

name of sample java project is from bundle and is
translated, but if the above issue not fixed then
solution could be:
- release note and say that proj name can't have 
multibyte in it

OR
- dont translate the sample project name
Anagram in the bundle file (put #NOI18N comment

if issue 48902 is fixed I'll close this.

This is a remainder to you, the owner of this bug, that this issue has P3, is
reported against 4.0 and its target milestone has not yet been set. Please set
the milestone, fix the issue or change its priority by tomorrow. Thank you for
