1.Press New Project button on welcome screen
2.New Project wizard appears and the selection
stays highlighted only on the left or right panel.
It is different behavior than in WinXP (there have
both lists selected item highlighted).
Linux,JDS and Solaris have the same behavior (but
inconsistency is due Windows)

already fixed, works for me in [dev 041001] and later.

Verified 'cause I am not able to reproduce in maintrunk build
