Go to the Runtime tab.

Expand the Databases node.
Expand the Adaptors node (this throws an exception).
Click Databases.
Click the toolbar icon for Explore from Here to open a new view of Databases.
Now try to click on Project Settings.  Execptions are thrown, does not switch tabs.

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> verify.
