Description Petr Slegr 1999-11-11 01:00:16 UTC
It happened for some times after saving file by CTRL-S.

[PeSlg]
Now it happens with build 477. May it relates with synchronization?

It's questions for you... Should this ask you or not?

[1099dCE] class installer
jdk1.3.0-
linux
==========================

It happend while I was testing cvs module....

I run Import & checkout command in CVS (and having opened imported files in
editor)...

and then the question "Reload it?" arraised

Is it OK?
User (me) can fell little bit more confused...
Do You understand me?
Comment 3 dmladek 2000-09-22 21:11:59 UTC
and there is opposit behaviour:

I simulate concurate work on one file (2 different working and 1 repository)
I had opened file from 1 FS
and the same file from second FS in Editor.

I made change in 1.file in 1.FS and commit
I run Update command on 2.file in 2.FS and

IDE didn't ask me about reloading this file
becouse it was modified externaly.
and It was reloaded without asking.

Users realy don't know what will happend if they perform
something...
I thing it has to be synchronized and behave the same in every situation!!!

After Update and Checkout commands, a special refresh is introduced, which
updates the editor content.
The same should probably be run after "Import and Checkout" command.
