If you open New File dialog, there are places ,
where instead of specified "Java Package"  file
type "Package->" is displayed

Presumably accidental effect of using DataShadow?

Rather a bug in DataShadow, DataShadow should respect the localization
bundle parameter in the layer. I'll prepare a failed test case.
