Steps:
(Have some versioned directory with CVS profile)
1. Invoke "CVS | Commit ..." (in advanced mode) on
some file and move mouse pointer over the "Force
to Commit" checkbox.

The tooltip says "Text field for force to commit".
It has to be changed.
