Yesterday I added the file
http://testwww.netbeans.org/kb/articles/NBAndPortlets.html,
but it is not available yet in www. This is
important because the file was submitted to me so
that people at javaone can have access to it. We
can use the testwww link as a workaround, but I
still consider this to be a high visibility glitch
that should be fixed ASAP.

I thought I let ppl know but must have missed you, sorry - I've shut
down all automated procedures on the site for the duration of the
upgrade.  I wont turn them back on until everything has stabilised, a
few days yet.  Any chnages that you need to go live, pls co-ordinate
directly with me, thanks.

I'll push the page you mention now.
