Stat Debugger. Go into DebuggerWindow/Threads.
Expand system/main. (note: it is not the main belonging to the debugged class)
Debugger repeatedly reports in OutputWindow:
[Internal debug-agent exception: java.lang.InternalError: JVMDI_ERROR_NO_MORE_FRAMES -  during command processing]

It probably occures only if the described thread is accessed (expanded) in DebuggerWindow.

Verified in Forte 2.0 (build 1160).
