Add a comment informing the user that he can
create menu items for his own targets later using
the project customizer.

Won't do this. We should then add a comment to every wizard panel informing the user 
that she/he can do additional changes in project properties. It seems to me quite obvious 
to look into project properties to get a clue of what additional settings I can set on project. 
Also, in my experience, users very rarely read descriptions in wizards panels.
