The "rdiff" command, unlike the other repository
commands "rannotate", "rlog", and "rtag", is not
implemented in the cvslib library.  It would also
be helpful to have a ContextDiffBuilder
implemented to parse the context-diff output that
rdiff produces by default.

We are considering using cvslib as a back end for
some version control reporting tools we have
written in-house, and this would be an extremely
useful feature for us.

This should not be much hard. The parser of context diff is already
implemented in Diff module.
Development of NetBeans 4.0 is already feature-frozen, so I will
schedule this for some future release.
