If user opens project with broken reference to
platform, the platform is not marked as broken in
any way in project properties. Broken reference to
library or project or jar file is marked as:
Missing Project, Broken Reference or Missing
Library. Missing Platform should be marked somehow
as well because of consistency.

Resolving all issues with milestone "future" as LATER. If you feel strongly that
it should be implemented please reopen and set the target milestone to "next".
