When you create a new package (sub-package of the other) in the repository and package is not opened, it will not be able to detect any change (if the package has been created or not).

My suggestion is:

When you create a new sub-package in the repository, a parent package will open so that you can see a change (created package).

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
