Rebuild Required Projects setting is the only one using expression 'rebuild' it should be explained the same way as when doing project build - Clean & Build Required Projects. Otherwise user might be confused what actually rebuild does (because it's not used anywhere else). Also it isn't really clean if it does clean on required project if user runs only clean on his project that has dependency.
Jano please comment. Actually I would personally prefer "Rebuild" rather than "Clean & Build" - more succinct - but maybe this is not clear enough to some users?
I agree with Milan, it should probably say "Build Required Projects". About "Rebuild" vs "Clean and Build" - some users thought about "rebuild" doing quick build (without cleaning) and "build" doing the complete build (with cleaning) which means entirely opposite function. This appeared in one of the usability studies of previous projects effort.
