Among other things, this entails

*removing the jar and sources from the module
*changing the build.xml and layer.xml files,

Possibly removing "beans" directory from the built
NB, etc.

The following has been done:
- both sources and binaries (TimerBean.jar) were removed from the
  usersguide module
- palette item def. was removed from layer.xml
- there is no more 'beans' directory in the ide cluster
- form editor keeps "Beans" palette category, now empty
