Platform manager has actions 'Add Platform' and
'Remove' and Library manager has actions 'New
Library' and 'Delete'. Please make those names
consistent - both managers do very similar things.

Fixed in the spec. In the implementation, the Library manager still has the "Delete" button. 
It should change to "Remove".
