There was a commit review for Debugger API:
http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=27194

and any API change shold be properly reviewed.
Since there are arbitraty changes in API I am
opening this as a P1 defect to make SURE we do the
review before feature freeze.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
