Steps to reproduction:
1)Start netbeans.
2)Open some files in editor. 
3)Open file using CLI interface
nb.sh -open myFile

Small empty window has showed. The window cannot
be closed.

Well, that's pretty weird.  I have no idea if it actually has to do with our gtk support or 
windowing system.  Is there anything in the window if it is resized?  Any idea what it is?
