Steps:
1. launch multilanguage version of NetBeans 3.6 on
Solaris x86 with Chinese locale.
2. File -> Mount Filesystems 

Result: 
On the left pane of the wizard, an extra mnemonic
(S) is added for the description of the first step.

In the english resource file
(core/src/org/netbeans/core/ui/Bundle.propeerties), there are the lines:

LAB_SelectTemplateBorder=Select Filesystem Type

LAB_SelectTemplateBorder_Mnemonic=S

from the property naming, the message should have a mnemonic key S.
But it seems that english mnemonic is never used. If so, please remove
the Mnemonic key definition message.

I have removed the mnemonic key from chinese message.
