1. Create a web module from the provided template.
2. Right-click the [web] node in filesystem
window, and select [property]
3. There are some non-localized message left in
the popup window.

It seems that all file types have this issue. The non-localized
messages are:

It seems all of the strings come from

  openide/loaders/src/org/openide/loaders/Bundle.properties

Dear Keiichi,
It seems that the issue is against Chinese l10n, please take a look.

BTW, agctools, what NetBeans version did you test? There's no official
l10n of NetBeans 3.6 yet.

It has been translated and fixed at 5.0 release.
