1. go to Global settings
2. Templates popup menu does not show Explore from here

NOTE: the same  toolbar button has full functionality.
NOTE: it applies to other nodes (Startup,...) too.

add explore from here action to popup menu actions for specified nodes should be
enough

I don't understand the first note. It is the same case for several nodes. It
has to be determined whether we want to have the action available in Global
Options Top Level nodes. Maybe yes.

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).

I don't think this still applies. If so please reopen.

NOTE: do you expect the user to use explorer from here in options?
