j2eeserver/testbase/src/org/netbeans/modules/j2ee/stubserver/StubAction.class
is in CVS (in fact, it is the only file in this
whole dir). Does not appear to be used by anything
else in the module. Can it just be deleted?

For over a year working in this module code, this is fisrt time I am
aware of this class.  I guess its OK to remove.
