Steps-to-reproduce: 
1. rightclick some component in component
inspector - a popup (*) appears
2. hower the mouse over "Set Layout" -> a popup
(#) appears with a selection of available layouts
3. move the mouse so that the layout selection
popup (#) disappears , but the whole popup (*)
remains.
4. Hower again over "Set Layout" to pop the popup
(#) up again.

! the contents of the popup , i.e. the list of
available layouts , is doubled. A new set of
layouts appears every time (#) pops up. (#) is
reset when (*) is closed.
