I have run into a situation when there wasn't set
any default server instance and then tried to
deploy a webmodule. The DPM dialog shown a correct
error message, but there was missing a close
button. Screenshot is attached.

Not a showstopper for 3.6 (as a workaround you can close the window
from its menu).

should be fixed with more substantial redesign of progress bar

this dialog was removed, closing as fixed
