When GoTo->Source is selected from the popup menu 
in the Text Editor the Editor window may become 
obsured by other open window in the SDI mode.

The Z-ordering of the open windows should be 
maintained when Goto->Source is invoked from the 
Editor (i.e. the Editor window should remain on 
top).

This condition occurs only when the source is not alreay open.
