arch-*xml has to be part of javadoc and each
namespace, lookup access, registration has to be
described with <api> tag together with its
stability category

Also please document the ant tasks provided for integration with the
build system.

Fixed in the main trunk.
I have updated arch.xml for all modules with public packages:
debuggercore/api
debuggercore
debuggercore/viewmodel
debuggerjpda/api

Fire a new task for ant tasks, please. I am not able to do it now.
Current infrastructure does not support building of arch.xml for
modules which has no public packages.
This should be fixed first.

The API page still lists ViewModel and DebuggerUI-API as not having
the correct description. Please fix that before closing this issue.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
