[custom trunk build with new Debugger API, version
2, JDK 1.4.2_03]

The menu items Debug/Kill Session, Debug/Setup
Over and others does not have a shortcut visible
either in the menu or in the Keyboard Shortcuts
dialog. But, pressing approapriate shortcut
invokes the action (Shift-F5, F8).
