This shortcut was assigned to To Do window. Now
it's overtaken by versioning window.

OK, this shortcut was assigned for us by HIE too. Strange is that this
shurtcut appears once on To Do, once on versioning - it is
indeterministic.

Changing the summary. Nothing was stolen, the CTRL-8 shortcut was
assigned for opening of versioning explorer by Peter Zavadsky
according to UI spec.

New shortcuts:

TODO Ctrl-4
Versioning Ctrl-8
Execution Ctrl+Shift-4

O.K., so the shortcut for Versioning stays CTRL-8. Therefore moving to
tasklist module.

Correction, the shortcuts should be:

TODO Ctrl-6
Versioning Ctrl-8
Execution Ctrl+Shift-6

The output window shortcut should stay the same (Ctrl-4).

The "Execution Ctrl+Shift-6" part is not done in the pre-RC2
(200403291730). The Execution view still uses Ctrl-6, and therefore
there is a conflict between TODO and execution in this build.
