The autoupdate of TurboM2 J2EE servlets 
capability consistently fails over a two week 
period. Other updates are delivered and installed 
correctly.

PS. It is not clear what category to file this 
bugs in. This was an autoupdate problem. The 
existing categories are not well binned or 
orthogonal. This delayed filing of this report in 
a timely fashion.

Recommendation: Reduce process complexity. Use 
fewer categories. Measure time to file a bug 
report before and after the change. Category bin 
size should reflect minimum time to file, 
retrieve and dispatch a bug report to appropriate 
parties. The rate of improvement of netbeans is 
directly tied to this metric. An explicit visual 
mapping of categories to developers should be 
established to reduce filing time.
