Even though it is unlikely that a user would try
to mount a 'CVS' folder, they should probably not
be given the chance to shoot themselves in the foot.

This can not be checked by name. Many users create "CVS" folder into
which they check out sources. It's necessary to check the presence of
Entries, Root and Repository files.

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
