When a properties of an object are open in a
separate dialog (e.g. context menu Properties on a
java node), there is property sheet and additional
Close and Help button at the bottom. The Help
button at the bottom is enabled but help action in
the property sheet is disabled (context menu
inside the property sheet and "(?)" button). All
help buttons should be in the same state.

Tested in build 20040210-1645, JDK1.4.2_03, WindowsXP.

Sorry for bothering again Tim, I was looking thru our not-yet-evaluated bugs and
found out that you own ten of them. As release 3.6 criteria is to have all of
them evaluated (as well as to not have any P1, P2), could you please look at
these bugs and set the target milestone to something else than TBD? Thanks in
advance and one again, sorry for bothering.

Reassigning to docs for evaluation.  What do you want to do with the Help button at the 
bottom of Properties dialogs?  Should it show general help on the property sheet, or 
should there be no help button...  I agree it looks a bit weird to have one disabled help 
button and one not.

Starting with 3.6, there is no Help button the dialog form of the prop
sheet, so marking as fixed.
