Servers in the Server Registry that have the HTTP
Monitor Enabled should have a badge showing so.
This will allow users to see at a glance if this
feature, which makes the server less "production
like" is on or not. 

One visual cluttering consideration is if we also
introduce the "server running" badge or not.
