Improve the properties usability and capabilities
in the form editor. Some improvements were already
done for 3.6 when adapting to the new property
sheet, but more are needed. E.g.:
- allow to specify order of properties (in generated
  code),
- suppress unneeded properties (check with jdk 1.5),
- highlight changed properties,
- "Other Properties" should be presented as sorted,
- give "Layout" properties more prominent place,
 etc.
