The View menu contains several UI glitches:
- "Toolbars" menu item is not aligned with the 
other menu items
- "Standard" menu item under "Toolbars" is not 
aligned with other items and contains strange 
icon next to it

#40584 fix corrected the Toolbars menu item positioning.

In one of my past fixed I removed the Standard toolbar configuration
if there was only a single item in the menu (it's a checkbox menu item
and it's selected, that's why the strange dot aka icon)
With multiple configurations the checkboxes are visible.
I consider the bug fixed, please reopne if you disagree.
