When working with maximized NetBeans window, the
window system does not retain the size of the
individual docked windows between two sessions of
IDE. 

How to reproduce:
Start IDE with clean usedir
Maximize the IDE window
Compile sample dir (so output window appears)
Move the splitter to make the output window smaller
Exit IDE
Start IDE again and see the output window size has
different size than prior exiting the IDE.

Yes, we had similar reports already.
