The following nodes do not show tool tips when you
hold the cursor over the node image:

Servlet
Filter
Listener
Tag Library Descriptor (TLD) 
web.xml

Also, it would be nice if the tool tip identified
.jspf as a JSP segment and .jspx as a JSP in xml
format

4.1 update:
web.xml shows tooltip
Servlet/Filter/Listener doesn't show anything (same as Java files or Main java
class)

I don't think there are futher plans for those tooltips.
