How to reproduce:
1) Mount VSS fs
2) Create many files
3) Select all files
4) Invoke "VSS|Add" command
5) NOTE - 1. file is added
6) NOTE - Information appears
7) Check "Do not show the notification next time."
checkbox
8) Press OK
9) ERROR - Information dialog shown again.

Workaround available (set value of "Command
Notification" property of VSS fs to "false")
therefore setting priority P4.

The checkbox works, but it has effect only for next commands that are
invoked later.

FIXED in commandNotification queueing.
