Now it is unusable for a big number of keys in a
bundle.
It should have something like fast find too:
If I write CTL_ in the combobox it should scroll
to first CTL_ key in the list.

This is not a bug as it does not conflict with the user's view
specification (see http://i18n.netbeans.org/doc/UserView32.html,
section "I18N Dialog Components").

It is an enhancement which requires a UI changes - it is too late for
implementation and integration to NetBeans 3.6.
